Thanks for the pick me up. I guess the good thing with modeling is you can replace it if needed. Half of the 1/43 scale models made it through unscathed. The only one that can't be replaced is a custom i got a long time ago. It really only has a chip on the nose. I may just leave and not repair.

The 1/64 models I made on the other hand are a basket case of parts. Some I can repair but others I will just find the bodies and make a new one. I may even be able to make them better this time. It is just 20 or so mode to add to the to do list. :)

Jeff

Allthough I hate to drill holes into walls, screws are still the most reliable choice for me!

Well, you should have plenty of decals to fix stuff!! Still sucks though.
Yes I do. :)

I think the sand box scale ones will be duplicated and not repaired. The PSP Trooper only cars, well that is going to be tough to replace some like the Charger.

That sucks, sorry to hear?

In hopes others can avoid such a problem how was it attached to the wall? I usually use 3” screws to hold my cases up.
IN the end it is my own fault. Because I paid A LOT of money to have the walls finished, I didn't use the screws into studs I had done in previous residences/displays. So i used heavy duty adhesive fasteners. You can see some still on the case. I almost removed it early this summer to replace with an Ikea cabinet because it was getting full and the 1/43 don't let the door close and latch. But decided to wait. DOH.
