Hey guys,

Here is a simple model. Gearbox White Blank, Painted it all black. Detailed the light bar and other parts with bare metal foil. Decals from my stock of decals, I'm not sure who's.

Texas tried a few all black units back in 1998/1999 as a prototype for a transition to a new design. This was the same time they tried the All white unit with black stripes. I'm glad they didn't go forward with any of them. But makes a nice model.
