Yep Your definitely correct. The vectors to me though do look better for some reason though. They seem to suit the square bodied caprices.

Just finished this revell Expedition in 1/25 scale. Made it into LAPD k9 expedition. Great little kit by revell and best of all its snap tite so no glue needed. Thank you. I think the NYPD only ever had a handful of these back in the day like 3 or 4. The only other time i've ever seen a vector lightbar like that on a Caprice Classic was in the movie Honey I Blew Up The Kid with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police cars. Not so sure if the LVMPD ever used them ...
