Not sure what you mean? FDNY is their biggest seller, it's not a new concept.

I just saw how many FDNY trucks they are making/selling and was impressed!
Fire Replicas is in its 4th year now. That Webpage has a lot of different views, By City, By Brand, By type of truck, by in stock and by sold out. You can spend a few hours looking thru it.

I think Fire Replicas confuses some folks. Their sales and marketing befuddle the masses. They don't do things the way companies traditionally have. They rarely announce releases far in advance. They price them out of the reach of most plebes. They seem to not care what the masses think. And yet they are killing it.
As for the FDNY, I am a fan. Those are the models I buy. I am also selective and do not worry about completeness for the collection. I buy the ones I like. I guess I could be fortunate that all but one of my purchases sold out. But I have always bought for me not resale. I don;t see mine going anywhere soon. I like the new Seagrave ladder but didn't get it. I think there will be more. Hopefully one with the phone booth. If not oh well.
