Has anyone come across one of this type of spotlight in 1/43 scale?

Those are called "Go Lights". FRR produced them, and offered them on various vehicle releases. I don't think they were offered in parts packs.

Those are not the same thing as you posted the photo of the first time. Those are radar antenna's, guessing they are supposed to be license plate readers.

They were also on some of the Tahoes. I believe they were done for the railroads or power companies.

I know of at least 2 Tahoe's that had them. Alaska State Trooper and the blank utility company version. There may have been more.

Troy, That’s the one I was thinking of. I’d say we need someone to cast tha piece. But now more likely 3D print.
