Fire Replicas Lawerence Seagrave Aerialscope is in the cabinet. This department started out with an Air & Light truck from a Fire Replicas OHare Snorkel, it was followed by a HAZMAT unit converted from the OHare Rescue, and then an Engine using the OHare Engine 12.
After getting the paint code and paint made to match the Engine, I took the Fire Replicas Kentland ladder and striped it down to create a blank truck the first task was to paint it followed by putting all 350 parts back on. I even got a Brian Mott to create a shapely print light tower in 1/50th scale for the new truck.
This has been changed up a little from what the Kentland looked like. I am hoping to still add a Dive Rig, and a Sutphen Engine to the fleet. Decals are custom from InQuarters, stripes from Frankfort show decal sheet, Vegas, with a few other decals mixed in from my bins. What a fun truck to redo, I will have to try another one of these down the road.
I am also replacing the etched name plates.
