NCHP Black Charger 1/43
This is a black NCHP Charger that was tested several years ago. The Troopers did not like it so they stayed with the silver with black stripes. I think this looks much better than the current scheme. I started with a black FRR Charger and added decals i got from pocketcruisers. Lightba and antennas are from FRR. License plates are from Inquarters sheet
