The 1/43rd 80's square body Caprices from Greenlight are great models to work with! Here is my re-do of the 1980 Ground Hog Day movie model with the lightbar from the Home Alone 2 movie model. I took it apart, stripped it down, and repainted it with Duplicolor automotive paint. I removed the clear red from the lightbar by soaking it in 95% Alcohol (thanks Jeff Webster!) and repainted the lenses blue using Tamiya clear paint. The decals are from InQuarters and I "downgraded" it to an Impala by adding decals to the grille and upper body, also from InQuarters. Greenlight really nailed these cars!

Fantastic work!! These cars are really pretty good, I wish we could see a 90's version caprice someday too.

I absolutely agree with you, when I saw those Greenlight Chevy‘s my head immediately started to think about the possibilities for conversions they offer
