I do agree that regardless how good a model is done, you can ruin it with the decals
Are you making your decals with a standard printer or do you use a professional one ?

My decals are commercially printed by Microscale.They are done to the same standard as model airplane or model car kits. Microscale does a lot of decals for the model industry. I am one of only a handful of commercial graphic artists that can do artwork to Microscale's standards. Each color is done in the PMS system, and each color is "trapped" under the next darker color by .005 of an inch. It is time consuming, but it insures no color bleed, and no jagged edges. When you print commercially, you get the color you choose, not the color the printer turns it in to. Its expensive, but because I can do my own artwork, I can afford to have decals printed commercially. I will run some how to and follow along articles in the new year.
