Hey Friends
Next up is a Texas Highway Patrol Charger. Model was originally all white, and was painted black as required. Decals are from Rich's set that was sold thru FRR and details are also from FRR. Texas still has a large majority of there fleet in this body style charger. Speaking with Troopers, the department will be moving to all Explorers and Tahoe's. Chargers required to much maintenance for the type of driving these guys do down here, Is what I was told.
Thanks for looking.

Buffer? I'm not sure. If you mean a Push Bumper. No, the majority of Texas Highway Patrol Cars do not have push bars. There are some locations that have them for protection from deer and are usually put on after the vehicle arrives in whatever county its going to be stationed in. I heard, and don't quote me on this, but some of the county sheriff's offices will upfit a Troopers car with a pushbar/guard in the high deer population area's of the state.
