I have wanted to do this car for a long time and I finally bite the bullet at did it. It is a FRR black Charger and the decals came from my buddy pocketcruisers. The lightbar and antennas are FRR items and license plates are off an Inquarters sheet. I think this is an awsome scheme but the troopers did not like it so they stayed with the silver cars with black stripes
