1/43 Chevy Caprice's On the way

Noticed today, that Policecarmodels.com is showing a few different 1/43rd scale Chevy Caprice's on pre-order. Will definitely have to get a few to remake into something else. No pre-release pictures yet though, so no telling how good they will look at this point. I think the late 80's and Early 90's Caprices haven't been done in 1/43rd scale outside of the White Rose models (Which don't have side mirrors), so that's pretty exciting to see something new. I'm hoping these get scaled up into 1/24th.

Just think of they scale up more cars like the Mid 90's Crown Vic they have in 1/64th right now.

There is also a New Greenlight 1/24th 2011 Crown Vic showing for pre-order...

Holding out hope that we can work with it. In all honesty, the White Rose was well done, and they are still plentiful. And there is also a 1981 on the way from one of the parts works companies. I have seen one of those, they are pretty well done also. We cant ever have too many models to work with. A decent 91-95 Caprice would be welcome too!!!

I agree. I'd really like to see an 91 to 95 caprice as well. Open and Closed rear wheel, with correct Steel/police style wheels. Its the one patrol car that seems to be completely missing from our collections. The Road Champs example is just far to toyish for my liking. I have some out of no having no other options, but I wish there was better choices out there. A mid 90's Caprice would be a holy grail for me.
