1/18 Chicago PD Chevy Caprice reworked

Hi fellow modelers,
while I got stuck with another project again, I decided to finally attack this "quick and simple" modification of the 1/18th scale 1987 Chevrolet Caprice from the manufacturer "MCG" (Model Car Group). This version is in the Chicago PD livery.
This police cruiser is a pretty good replica of the units used back then. But like the NYPD version, it also has it´s flaws.
Whilst the markings, wheels and even the license plates are pretty much spot on, the lightbar is totally of, as well as the huge spotlight
At least the NYPD version had the correct lightbar style, but on the Chicago one, being the same mold, it doesn´t work at all
So this had to be changed and of course the "simple" modification turned out to be not as easy and simple as I expected
For the first time I´ve only done a video of the building progress, so there are no pictures of it.
But once the material is cut and put properly together, I will post a link to the video
But now to the model, starting with the origin version (note that in the video I showed the unmodified basemodel, whilst here I already had altered the spotlight ) .
