The hose bed is now full. Each section was done the same with short pieces at the back to the level of the shelf and then full length pieces to cover the shelf. The LDH in the middle is Scotch brand yellow duct tape in 3/4" strips, folded in thirds and then back on itself in the bed. Same with the single line on the left.

It's big, Steve, even at 1/25 scale. 15" long from the front bumper to rear step. Modern day rigs are really up there in size.

Well if you ever want to get rid of it, because its so big, I'm sure I could find room for it haha.

I was actually looking at a Corgi Mack CF sitting next to a TWH Pierce Pumper the other day actually, although I'm not sure how close to the scale the Corgi model is (Im assuming its close), but they are both 1/50th, and the size different remarkable, the modern rig is a lot large than the old Mack. I guess you have to realize that back in the day, the Mack had one job, to be a pumper. Today, Most engines are also rescue trucks, medical first responders and so on. It's not something you think about, but its a good point that the modern trucks are truly massive.
