Has anyone here ever changed the rims on any of the conrad fire trucks? Or will I have to drill the center cap out.

I'm thinking you'll have to drill the centers out and replace the axles to replace the wheels and tires. Keep us posted on what you do and how it works out.

Yes you have to drill the center hub out. Now to build new front axle set up
