CHP SMPV Mustangs

Took me a couple of years, but I have finally finished up these two Revell 1:24 scale kits. They are not the best kit ever, and I encountered some painting problems along the way. I had to sand the bodies and paint them a second time. I used the radio face decal from my CHP sheet on some sheet plastic for the radio heads. I made the map lights. I used the shotguns from a Lindberg kit, and added the extra shell holders made from small Evergreen rod. I made the rear deck lights from Evergreen strips. I have these same two models in 1:64 scale. I will probably do them in 1:43 scale at some point as well.

I really do like these. As usual you knocked it out of the park.

What other colors did they have the Mustangs in?

Jeff, besides the black and white enforcement class, there were these two, some all whites, and silver and white. That I know of.
