we knew the Charger was coming. I am happy it is coming. I saw some comments that people wish it was diecast. I actually prefer plastic.

I saw elsewhere that the suggested retail on the Charger was $34 to $39. I think that will steer all but the die hard police fan away from the kit. With MotorMax doing the Charger without the molded in trunk lid in 1:24, I think that the high retail price of the kit will help MotorMax with sales. Time will tell. Either way, its good news for the police modeler in that scale. Now, if we could just see a glimmer of hope for the new F150, or Chevy Silverado, or Tahoe, or Suburban, or Durango.

I'm excited for the Charger kit, But the price is a little high for me. I'll probably get one to try it about.

Any idea when the Motormax version is suppose to be out?

Pictures are out, on PCM dot com, of the Motormax Charger and the 1/43 Explorer. Looks pretty good for the price.
