Fire Replicas Upton Engine 3

Post by JoeO » Sat May 19, 2018 8:05 pm

Upton Engine 3 Pierce Velocity PUC.

This was a Miami-Dade Engine7 to start with. Stripping the parts off, followed by the paint I could start from scratch. The base under the green was gloss white, the fresh Red paint is a Automotive paint which is clear coated when dried.

I need to get a wheel well and siren to finish it off. Mixture of different decals sheets from InQuarters finished it off.

Joe, that really turned out nice. Its good to see someone doing something, especially "out of the box" with the thinking.

Thanks, It was cool to use the Kent Fire Bridge decal and of course those 1/24 scale decals.
