New Data Bases section

I have created a new section of the forums, for data bases. When we lost the PolisKarr forum, Diecast Direct's FRR web page, and the old Code 3 forums, we lost a ton of information on what was made, when, how many, stuff like that. I will create topics, and we can go from there. If you create a topic, say its Code 3 Mack C pumpers. I would like you to follow it to completion. And of course, everything needs to be verified. Participation is voluntary. But it might be a good way to get back all the information lost over time.
