The Mack is
a Yonkers FD model that was stripped of it's decals and renumbered as
215 for my FD, using Roadblockers decals.
I took the
control panel, jacks and boom from a CFD squad.
I removed some of the hose to mount the
Snorkel Boom and control panel. I had to make a new deck for the boom
mounting . I had to cut the chassis to fit the jacks.
I added some small details like
using Conspicuity Striping from Jaydeez around the base of the cage and
the back of the truck, and painting the SCBA cylinder on the lower
boom....James Martin

These
started as a Harrison CF Mack and a Honolulu Seagreave TDA. The main
reason I built this was that I have not seen any pictures of a fully
enclosed cab CF Mack TDA. It is Ladder 21 of the Union Ladder Company.
I used
Tamia Racing Green for the colour, and Roadblockers decals. Once the
model was painted I detailed the locker handles and the tail lights. I
also painted the ladder tip red.....James

The E one body has been cut out, removing the pumper from the side and
relocate it at the rear of truck in order to reduce the total lenght of
the
truck.
Paint is original in both models (same yellow tone in both models),
Wheels are from CXT model....Jorge Lopez Rodriguez |

I used a box
model of a 2005 Chevy Impala for the main body and chassis. The paint was
unique because it is a Pearl Black as opposed to their actual color that
they have for their car. the decals I went with Huntly, IL police
department and found the colors to go quite well together, the decal
colors are not real vivid so it makes the design quite suttle and a
memorial decal for September 11 is also on the back as well as a straight
red/red lightbar to top the car off and I also added a spotlight to the
driver side. All in all this was a nice bash that goes well in my
collection...Daniel Reuter

I did a simple
but nice design using a Code 3 FDNY L-49 rig. I took and stripped the
paint completely and started from scratch using a nice blue and silver
design with gold lettering. also despite some criticizm I went and painted
the rims black with detail added to the lug nuts on the wheels. this
Ladder is one of a set of two rigs painted in the same theme. this truck
took some time to build but I feel it turned out nice. the department is a
ficticious department being Bridge City Fire Department (BCFD) L-10. also
another change made with this is the positioning of the pike pole and
other tools which were originally located on the side, I filled those
holes in and were relocated on the top sides of the main box area located
next to the arial ladder. and the ladder board is completely redone as
well with new paint and graphics and many other little details to make the
truck better.....Daniel Reuter |

This is the
second rig in a series that I did for my fictitious department Bridge City
Fire Department (BCFD) Engine 211. With this I used an early Code 3 model
Pierce Quantum to do the build. I added many parts to this Engine such as
a new pump panel added to the Engineer side of the Engine. the officer
side of the was painted a flat black to help balance the two sides. With
this engine the rims were also changed from the original yellow to black
with the lug nuts painted to add detail. also with this engine, I added a
custom made LED lightbar that i made as well as a cloth hose bed cover to
the back of the engine. the decals are all custom with the exception of
the Maltese crosses on the doors which were all premade and the stripes
are all made of reflective materials....Daniel Reuter |

This is a 1/87 (H.O.) scale model of a Mack Granite
3000 gallon tanker. The model is mostly scratchbuilt. I used an elliptical
tank from a Boley International, and the cab/hood is from a
Masterbilt models kit. The body, wheels/tires, and all of the
details are scratchbuilt. The paint is House of kolor urethane, and the
markings are decals, and dry transfers from various sources...Ralph W.

The fire
engine is a replica of a real pumper. It's a Howe 1950 Chevrolet. I used
the cab from an AMT pickup kit, modified the hood and made it into a
cabover. The body is totally scratchbuilt. I used parts from the AMT
pumper kit, ladders and hoses, to finish the body. The wheels are resin
and the frame is scratchbuilt but not detailed. The decals were made on my
computer from pictures of the real truck. It took about 3 months and 50
hours to complete.
The 1955 Buick CHP car is another hand built one of a kind. I started with
a resin Buick which had to sectioned and shortened. I put a 1955 Chevrolet
roof and deck lid onto the modified Buick body. Every panel on this model
had to be modified in some way. It is an exact copy of the Buicks used by
the CHP. This was a 40 hour project. The door decals are computer
generated....Carl Rees
